The timetable for our new YG studio is not yet finalised, and we’re taking your feedback to create a schedule that works for you! Our studio will consist of two specialised rooms, each designed to bring you a diverse range of classes:
Studio 1 – Reformer Pilates
Challenge yourself with our dynamic Reformer Pilates classes - no boring stuff here! If you’ve done Reformer Pilates before, you need to try it again with us. We’ll push you in new ways and help you reach your fitness goals faster.
Studio 2 – Infrared Pilates, Yoga & Functional Training
Experience the heat and flow of infrared Pilates and Yoga, or take it up a notch with Functional Training using free weights to boost your strength and conditioning.
