ENTRANTS MUST:

(a) Register via the Pilates Place ReForm You landing page to participate in the challenge before 11:59 pm AEST on August 31st, 2023.

(b) Registration will include three images (and optional video) and supporting message to accurately represent how they look and feel before embarking on the 30 day challenge. The Registration must include:

  • Three images

  • What they are wanting to achieve from this challenge

  • How they are committed to achieve this

(c) All entrants must have an active Pilates Place membership. Commit to the five daily rules of the ReForm You Challenge for 30 days. We recommend keeping a diary to track completed daily habits and how they are feeling as they progress through the challenge. We highly recommend you downloading and using this Habit Tracking App and setting it up as follows: Habit Tracker Download

5 Daily Rules:

  1. Hydration: Drink 3 L water (equals 4 x PP drinks bottles) 

  2. Exercise: 1 x active session daily (minimum 45 mins) plus 10 minutes of stretching. This can be any active session you choose. If it’s not a class at PP then you can do a workout at home, go for a run, play a game of tennis, you get the idea. 

  3. Nutrition:  choose a meal plan and stick to it! This can be any meal plan you choose. Here’s some that we suggest CHOOSE MY MEAL PLAN 

  4. Gratitude Practice: write or verbalise 3 things you’re grateful for to foster a positive outlook on life. 

  5. Knowledge Growth: 15-30 minutes daily of reading a book, educational podcast or audiobook.

(d) Submit a Halfway Progress Report including three images and supporting message by 11:59 pm AEST on September 15th, 2023 to accurately represent how they look and feel after completing 15 days of the challenge. The Halfway Progress Report must include:

  • Three progress images

  • Changes they have noticed on a physical and mental level

  • Any challenges they have faced or accomplishments they have made

(e) Submit a Final Testimonial including three images (and optional video) and supporting message by 11:59 pm AEST on October 2nd, 2023 to accurately represent how they look and feel after completing the ReForm You Challenge. The Final Testimonial must include:

  • Three final images (and optional video)

  • Include how they have transformed their mind and ReFormed You

ENTRANTS

The Pilates Place ReForm You Challenge is available to all Pilates Place members who enter via the ReForm You Challenge registration form by 11:59 pm on August 31st, 2023.

All entrants are required to:

Complete all five daily habit of the ReForm You Challenge for 30 days.

Three submissions are required over the course of the challenge to support their transformation journey. Each submission is due before the following dates:

  1. Registration due before 11:59 pm August 31st, 2023

  2. Halfway Progress Report due before 11:59 pm September 15th, 2023

  3. Final Testimonial due before 11:59 pm October 2nd, 2023

Entrants will be judged based on their physical commitment to five daily habits for 30 days, and mental commitment to transform their habits and routines through movement and consistency.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Winners will be chosen by the judges upon the completion of the ReForm You Challenge and once all entrant submissions received prior to October 2nd, 2023 have been assessed.

Winners will be announced via @pilatesplace Instagram by October 10th, 2023. Each winner will be contacted individually via email.

Winners will be chosen based on the transformation displayed over the course of their three submissions AND the completion of the five daily habits for 30 days.

PRIZE

There are 3 prizes in total to be won. One winner will receive 30 Day Pilates Place Unlimited Membership (current members on a unlimited membership will equal 4 x direct debits waived), One winner will receive $200 LSKD Gift Card, One winner will receive a FREE Personalised 7 Day Meal plan customised for you by PeNut, valued at $120.

Prizes will be issued at the completion of the challenge, once all entrants have been judged and winners have been announced and contacted.
