Terms and Cancellation Policy for the Mindful Movement Retreat with Kara Icy and Pilates Place

1. Reservation and Payment:

1.1. To secure your spot in the retreat, a non-refundable $1000 deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.2. Full payment of the remaining balance is due 30 Days prior to the start date of the retreat.

1.3. Payments can be made through WeTravel.

2. Cancellation by Participant:

2.1. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

2.2. The following cancellation policy applies:- If cancellation occurs no refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Retreat Organiser:

3.1. In the unlikely event that the retreat organiser cancels the retreat, you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

3.2. The retreat organiser will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation costs.

4. Participant Responsibility:

4.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, such as passports or visas.

4.2. Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat and are advised to consult with a healthcare professional regarding any specific medical conditions or concerns.

4.3. Participants are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat.

5. Changes to Retreat:

5.1. The retreat organiser reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including accommodation, activities, and schedules, if necessary.

5.2. In the event of significant changes, the retreat organiser will make reasonable efforts to inform participants in advance.

6. Liability:

6.1. The retreat organiser will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, delays, or expenses incurred by participants during the retreat, regardless of the cause.

6.2. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Code of Conduct:

7.1. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, retreat staff, and the local community.

7.2. Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations.
