Whether you are looking to for a new way to workout that will get your muscles burning, enhance your current exercise routine, strengthen and tone your body, or a total physical and mental transformation, Pilates Place Online has something for everyone.

We structure our classes in two distinct ways; your Pilates experience level, and what area of your body you want to focus on.

You’ll find classes categorised into:

Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced

Total Body, Upper Body or Lower Body

No matter what you’re looking for, you’ll find your perfect workout from the comfort of your home.

WORKOUT WHEREVER.

ON ANY DEVICE.

Welcome to our online studio, a platform that combines the benefits of Mat Pilates, Barre, Circuit, HIIT and Stretch. Our classes are suitable for all levels. They require minimal to no equipment and can be done in your living room or wherever you like. New interactive workouts are uploaded every Monday.

Beginners.

Perfect for those who are:

  • New to Pilates or exercise

  • Recovering from an injury

  • 6+ weeks postnatal

Total Body.

30-40 minute workouts that target all areas of the body including the core, upper body and lower body. These include modifications and are suitable for beginners through to advanced members.

Intermediate.

Perfect for those who:

  • Have 6-months or more Pilates experience

  • Have an average level of fitness

  • Are looking to challenge themselves

Lower Body.

Short, sharp workouts that target the core, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. These workouts are between 10-20 minutes and can be paired with another upper body or total body workout to really get your body working.

Advanced.

Perfect for those who:

  • Have 1-2+ years of Pilates experience

  • Have no current injuries

  • Have a strong level of fitness

Upper Body.

Short, intense workouts that target the core, biceps, triceps, shoulders and waist. These workouts are between 10-20 minutes and can be paired with another workout if you’re looking for something extra.
